Wilcoxen Callaham recently settled a case wherein they worked with the US Attorney’s office to recover money in a Medicare over-billing scheme at McKinley Park Care Center.
The firm represented the whistleblower in a Qui Tam case for fraudulent billing and for her retaliatory termination and whistleblower action. Ultimately, the firm worked with the US Attorney’s office to resolve their portion of the case and recover money for their client.
