Martha A. Taylor obtained her Bachelor's degree in 2000 from the University of California, Berkeley and her Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School in 2008.  She is a member of the State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys of California and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Taylor is admitted to practice in all the superior courts in the State of California and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
