Bill was admitted to the California Bar in 1969 after obtaining his JD from the McGeorge School of Law in 1968. He has been an Assistant Professor of Law at McGeorge, a Judicial Arbitrator for the Sacramento County Superior Court, Pro Tem Settlement Conference Judge and Pro Tem Trial Court Judge for the Sacramento Superior Court.

Bill is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and his practice areas include Personal Injury; Professional Negligence; Products Liability; Premises Liability; Medical Malpractice.
