E.S. (Ted) Deacon

Mr. Deacon was admitted to the bar in 1987 after having obtained his B.A. from Humbolt State University and his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

 

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Sacramento County Bar Association, State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys of California, Capital City Trial Lawyers Association and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

 

Mr. Deacon's principle areas of practice include motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, products liability, employement discrimination, sexual harassment, civil rights violations and professional malpractice including medical and legal.
